Foam Rollers

Percussion Guns

  • Percussion therapy has changed the game for all athletes and fitness people alike. Percussion therapy works by providing pressure to concentrated areas of the body through pulses that reach deep into the body tissues. Percussion therapy is proven to break up lactic acid, improve circulation, increase range of motion, and diminish muscle soreness more effectively.

FAR INFRARED & DRY SAUNA

  • For athletes of all levels, research shows infrared saunas are useful in enhancing muscle recovery and performance. Heat, in and of itself, is great for recovery, temporary pain relief, and inflammation. However, infrared light, because it heats the body from within, can penetrate further down into the joints, muscles, and tissues, increasing circulation and blood flow.

    Good circulation is critical for proper healing. Red blood cells carry oxygen and nutrients to the site of the strain or inflammation, which helps to create new blood vessels and tissues at the site. The more red and white blood cells that can get delivered to muscles, the quicker they rebuild.

The exercise variety and ease of quickly altering the load of the exercise makes it great for individuals of all fitness levels.

OLYMPIC LIGHT LIFTING

  • Light lifting can help strengthen accessory muscles while reinforcing major muscle groups. It has been proven that light lifting in between heavy training can help with recovery and injury prevention.

VERTIMAX STABILIZATION

  • The unique, light-load, high-speed constant resistance cable training system has been adopted by some of the best athletes, trainers and sports teams from around the world. Vertimax, unlike any other training equipment, are designed to maximize athletic potential by focusing on three key components: speed, explosive power, and vertical jump.

    We have employed these techniques to use the vertimax for recovery as well. Mobility, strength building, and injury prevention are all biproducts of light resistance vertimax training.

COLD WATER THERAPY

  • By removing lactic acid, reducing swelling and normalizing adrenaline production, the body can recover faster from intense training. Another benefit? Cold therapy also reduces injury recovery time by quickly treating acute sports injuries.
